Open House Owl sends these texts on behalf of the agent hosting the open house. Texts come from +1 (888) 695-0602.

A person may receive:

A one-time check-in code, when they ask to verify the mobile number on a check-in.
A one-time sign-in code, when they ask to sign in by text.
An optional follow-up about a home they toured, only if they checked the consent box.
An optional open house alert, only if they checked “Also text me.” At most one a day.
A reply to HELP, and opt-out handling when they reply STOP.

A check-in code is one text, sent when you ask for it. A sign-in code is one text, sent when you ask for it. Follow-up message frequency varies. Open house alerts are at most one a day. Msg and data rates may apply.
