- Do buyers pay anything?
- No. Checking in, planning a route, saving homes, and keeping a buyer profile are free, and stay free.
- What happens to my check-ins if I cancel Owl Pro?
- Nothing. Every check-in, listing, and outcome stays on your desk. You lose the seller report, visitor texts, hot-lead alerts, and colleague share until you start Owl Pro again.
- How do I pay?
- From the bottom of your desk. When card billing is on, Stripe Checkout takes the card and the billing portal handles updates, invoices, and cancel. Without Stripe keys, ask from your desk and the Harbor Desk turns Owl Pro on.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Owl Pro is month to month and ends at the close of the period you paid for.
- Can a brokerage pay for several agents?
- Write to the Harbor Desk from Help and feedback and we will set it up.
